Under "Full Name," please enter your child's first and last name and your school name.
Band students are to wear their royal blue band shirts to all band concerts. Advanced Band students may wear this new shirt or their blue band shirt from last year. If you choose not to purchase a band shirt, you may have your child wear a blue shirt.
